1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Strangle (https://strangle.in) and our native mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use Strangle.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing in via Google OAuth or other authentication methods.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and accounts.
3. Zero Tolerance Community Guidelines
Strangle strictly enforces community safety rules during voice and video interactions:
- No Nudity or Sexual Harassment: Any unsolicited nudity, sexually explicit conduct, or harassment results in immediate permanent device and account bans.
- No Hate Speech or Bullying: We do not tolerate hate speech, racism, violence incitement, or threatening behavior.
- No Commercial Spam or Bot Automation: Automated scraping, botting, or commercial solicitation is prohibited.
4. Mutual Consent & Ephemeral Media
All video matching requires mutual two-way consent from both participants. Strangle does not retain, record, or publish audio or video streams from calls.
